He stated, "During Operation Sindoor, the world saw the capabilities of our indigenous weapons. Our Air Defence Systems, missiles, and drones have proved the strength of 'Atmanirbhar Bharat', especially the Brahmos missiles. Brahmos missiles will now be manufactured in Lucknow".

He said big defence companies are bringing up units in Uttar Pradesh's defence corridor, thus helping India to achieve its strategic self-reliance. Referencing the Pahalgam attack in April 22, which killed 26 people, PM Modi suggested that Operation Sindoor, commenced on May 7, was a strong retaliation by the Indian government and homage to the strength of the Indian nation.

"This is the first time I have come to Kashi after Operation Sindoor. 26 innocent civilians were mercilessly killed by terrorists in Pahalgam. My heart was full of sorrow. I had pledged to take revenge for my daughters' sindoor, and I fulfilled it with the blessings of Mahadev. I dedicate the success of Operation Sindoor to the feet of Mahadev", PM Modi noted.

"When there is injustice and terror in front, Mahadev adorns his 'Rudra roop'. The world saw this face of India during Operation Sindoor. Anyone who messes with India will not be spared even in 'pataal lok", he added.

PM Modi dedicated this military operation and results to Lord Mahadev and concluded by saying that India will not spare enemies of state sovereignty. This was PM Modi’s 51st visit to his consituency, Varanasi.

Furthermore, PM Modi restated that the Indian government was committed to developing a strong defence infrastructure and stressing that an act of aggression against India would be met with resolve.
