
PTC, Kineco Aerospace Ink MoU for Advanced Aerospace Component

PTC Industries, a leading manufacturer of engineered metal components, and Kineco Aerospace & Defence, a leader in advanced composite solutions, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that establishes a partnership to jointly develop and manufacture high-value aerospace components and structural assemblies.
The aim of the partnership is to provide an integrated solution, harnessing PTC’s experience in high-integrity resistance castings including titanium and superalloys, with Kineco’s expertise in lightweight composite structures. Such a partnership will foster a stable ecosystem for indigenous aerospace manufacturing in India.

The partnership will develop hybrid aero structures and work toward the localization of flight-critical components, as well as work together to respond to global Requests for Quotation (RFQs) regarding civil and defence programs. The partnership includes collaboration with partners in research and development (R&D) such as the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) in advancing aerospace technology.
As noted by Sachin Agarwal, the Chairman and Managing Director of PTC Industries, the partnership aligns with the mission of an Atmanirbhar Bharat, providing critical needs of Indian and international Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) through precision engineering.
PTC Industries manufactures titanium and superalloy castings for aerospace and defense sectors under its subsidiary Aerolloy Technologies, serving markets in India and globally. The Company is establishing a state-of-the-art facility in the Lucknow node of Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor that will house a fully integrated titanium and superalloy mill to manufacture aerospace-grade ingots, billets, bars, plates, and sheets.
