TVS Industrial's Industrial facility to Meet Growing Demand in Siliguri

The new industrial facility by TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks is created to meet the increasing need for top-notch supply chain solutions and logistical infrastructure in the Siliguri area. An official announced on Tuesday that the company has grown its presence in eastern India by purchasing a new facility in Siliguri, located in the northern section of West Bengal. 

TVS ILP's entrance into the eastern Indian market and establishment of a 1.40 lakh sq ft facility on a 5.66-acre plot in Fulbari showcases the company's commitment to providing top-notch industrial infrastructure. 

"Entering the Siliguri market as a first-grade A developer is a strategic step for TVS ILP's venture in the eastern industrial zone. The city's position as a gateway to northeast India makes it an ideal hub for cross-border trade," TVS ILP executive director Aditi Kumar said.

The facility currently hosts a top e-commerce company and provides customization options to meet different business needs.

The company expressed that it currently has a project in Cuttack, Odisha and is actively seeking more expansion opportunities in East India, such as Guwahati, with a focus on harnessing the untapped potential of tier-II and tier-III markets. The company operates in more than 13 cities and intends to expand to additional cities annually.
