
Belrise & Plasan Sasa to Produce Military EV Components in India
- Belrise Industries teams up with Plasan Sasa to manufacture military electric vehicle components in India

Belrise Industries, an automotive manufacturing company located in Pune India has recently partnered with Plasan Sasa of Israel - the world leader in arms and protection systems. Together the two companies plan to produce electric vehicle products specifically for Indian defense market.
The partnership centers around creating a modified version of the ATEMM (All Terrain Electric Mission Module) system for use by the Indian Defence Forces (IDF). The ATEMM is an electrical based mobile platform intended to enhance payload capacity, maximize energy efficiency, ensure survivability, and allow increased mobility to carry out tactical operations.
Swastid Badve, Chief of Staff, Belrise Industries stated, “This partnership represents a significant milestone in our journey to bring world-class defence technologies to India”.

Plasan has an established reputation for survivability and automotive systems, while Belrise has a strong manufacturing presence and industrial footprint in India. Together, they will produce military solutions aligned with the operational requirements of the Indian Armed Forces.
Furthermore, Belrise will become a part of Plasan’s global supply chain, enabling the cost-effective production of advanced defence systems in India for both domestic and international customers.
According to Gilad Ariav, Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for Plasan, this partnership will allow Plasan to add to their global manufacturing network by manufacturing in India and then sell those products for both Indian and international customers.
