Engineers India Limited (EIL) has signed a MoU with NMDC Energy to enhance cooperation in through its collaboration for onshore projects in Saudi Arabia. The MoU outlines focus areas such as Oil and Gas Processing, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Pipelines, Storage Terminals and Energy Transition.

The EIL MoU with NMDC Energy UAE marks a strong engineering collaboration, enhancing the India UAE partnership in the energy sector, with a focus on oil and gas projects and infrastructure development.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was executed at the prestigious ADIPEC 2025 International Oil & Gas Conference held in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where Ms. Vartika Shukla, EIL’s Chairman & Managing Director, and Eng. Ahmed Al Dhaheri, CEO, NMDC Energy, were present to memorialize the signing.

EIL’s partnership with NMDC Energy demonstrates EIL’s commitment to exceptional engineering as well as its desire to provide innovation and sustainable development throughout the region. EIL’s superior engineering knowledge and NMDC’s strong capabilities in execution will help to facilitate operational excellence, design efficiency, and drive innovation and sustainable approaches.
