Amit Shah Calls Assam-Nagaland MoU a Historic Step

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has described the tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Centre, Assam, and Nagaland as a historic step toward strengthening India’s energy security. The agreement aims to facilitate exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas resources along the Assam-Nagaland border, opening new opportunities for development in the Northeast region.
