The consultations were jointly led by Sibi George, Secretary (West) in India's Ministry of External Affairs, and Christopher Cutajar, Permanent Secretary in Malta's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Besides that, during his trip, George also had a meeting with Ian Borg, following which both sides took stock of the cooperation between them and at the same time, they also examined the areas where the bilateral engagement can be intensified.
