Innomotics India to Buy Siemens' LV, Geared Motors Unit

Innomotics India (a wholly owned subsidiary of Innomotics GmbH based in Nuremberg), has signed a binding agreement with Siemens Limited for the purchase of its Low Voltage (LV) Motors and Geared Motors businesses in India. The acquisition is expected to close in the next few months and represents an important step in aligning Innomotics India's offerings to the global market.

The Innomotics India acquisition of Siemens low voltage motors and Siemens geared motors business strengthens its position in the industrial motors India market, marking a significant manufacturing acquisition that enhances Innomotics Siemens deal and boosts motor technology India through this strategic industrial equipment merger.

Innomotics GmbH, which operates in 49 countries, is a leader in electric motors, large drive systems, technology supporting energy efficiency and sustainability, and digital transformation.

The acquisition allows Innomotics India to expand its existing LV Motors and Geared Motors line, as well as to add several additional products, including High Voltage Motors and Large Drives. These expanded offerings will give Innomotics India a complete portfolio of solutions.
