UP Signs Rs 6,650 Crore MoUs on Yogi's Singapore Visit
- MoUs signed in Singapore to strengthen technical education and industry-integrated training in Uttar Pradesh
- ₹6,650 crore for housing, logistics, and data centres; ₹3,500 crore township near Jewar Airport
- Meetings with DBS, GIC, and Temasek to boost long-term investments in infrastructure, renewable energy, logistics, and urban development
During his official visit to Singapore, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath examined a comprehensive skill development presentation at the Institute of Technical Education ITE.
In a post on X, the chief minister stated, “Reviewed a detailed presentation by ITE on skill development and training and visited the facilities at ITE College Central in Singapore today. Witnessed the signing of MoUs aimed at strengthening collaboration in technical and vocational education, aviation skills and industry-aligned training to support Uttar Pradesh's expanding infrastructure and employment ecosystem”.

The signing of essential Memorandums of Understanding took place, which established new partnerships for technical education, aviation skill development and this event created a vital turning point for the state's development of its economic and infrastructure projects.

The Universal Success Group signed major investment agreements, which totaled ₹6,650 crore to fund group housing, logistics and data centres. The two parties executed an MoU which established a funding agreement worth ₹3,500 crore to develop an international-themed township near Jewar Airport, which will create 12,000 jobs.
The Kanpur-Lucknow Highway will receive a ₹650 crore logistics park, which is expected to generate 7,500 jobs, and Noida/Greater Noida will establish a ₹2,500 crore hyperscale data centre park, which will have 40 MW capacity.
The visit showed how industry-integrated training models work because the Chief Minister visited both ITE's campus and its Aviation Hub facilities.
He met with high-ranking officials from DBS Group, GIC and Temasek to explore opportunities for financial partnerships, which would fund infrastructure projects and support long-term institutional investments across various sectors, including logistics, renewable energy, data centres, industrial parks and sustainable urban development in Uttar Pradesh.
