External Affairs Minister (EAM) S. Jaishankar reviewed the progress of the India-Oman strategic partnership during his official visit to Muscat, reaffirming both countries commitment to expanding cooperation across key sectors, including trade, investment, energy, defence, connectivity, and regional security. The visit underscores the longstanding diplomatic and economic ties between India and Oman, one of India's closest strategic partners in the Gulf region.

During the visit, Jaishankar held talks with Oman's Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi and other senior leaders to assess the implementation of ongoing bilateral initiatives and identify new areas for collaboration.
