Tata Power uses Agentforce Sales and Service as the fundamental system that supports its omnichannel customer interaction strategy, which allows complete online tracking of customer and partner interactions.

The system enables businesses to manage the leads, track inventory and control the operational processes while monitoring their business output through real-time performance evaluation.

The company has developed its own deep learning system and agentic intelligence system on Salesforce to perform automatic quality and safety checks without human intervention. The system provides immediate on-site verification together with automated warranty creation, which helps maintain high delivery standards for Solaroof products.

Tata Power has achieved a 200% increase in its residential rooftop solar business because of strong policy support provided by the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana, while the company's complete solar portfolio experienced a fivefold revenue growth between fiscal year 2020 and fiscal year 2025.

Both the companies will work together in developing new artificial intelligence-based workflows to improve both customer and partner interactions across multiple channels, which will result in quicker problem-solving, scheduled customer contact and planned service delivery.
