US Official Paul Kapur to Visit India and Central Asia

US Assistant Secretary S. Paul Kapur will visit India and Central Asian nations to strengthen cooperation in trade, investment, regional connectivity, technology, and security, reinforcing Washington's strategic engagement across South and Central Asia.

S. Paul Kapur, the US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs, will be visiting India as well as several Central Asian states during a trip focused on improving economic relations, trade and investments, and promoting common regional interests. This trip highlights the ongoing effort of the US administration in increasing its involvement in South and Central Asia by way of increased cooperation in the fields of security and economic development.
