Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore strategic collaboration across automotive, defence, AI, and data centre domains.

The Bharat Forge VVDN MoU aims to advance India defence manufacturing and AI in automotive by combining expertise in Indian defence tech, electronics manufacturing, and smart mobility, supporting Make in India initiatives through strategic industrial collaboration.

The agreement shows their intention to work together on developing next-generation technologies, which will produce automotive, defence and AI server platform products through their engineering, manufacturing and electronics design capabilities.

The partnership aligns with emerging trends in AI, autonomous systems and compute infrastructure through its goal to combine VVDN's electronics design, software system integration and manufacturing expertise with Bharat Forge's advanced manufacturing and precision capabilities. The two companies will develop solutions which can grow with the industry while meeting new technological demands.
